Weak
This phillips screws are very weak, I couldn't put any of them into place, they all will cam out. Much worse than star-shaped screws (like torx). Well, another one bites the dust!

Quality manufactured with solidy material. I bought it for my backyard fence. It very well holds the dog ear (5/8" thk), 1.5" cross bar, and a pice of spacer (1" thk) on to the 4" square pole.
I recommend this product.
