Rust-Oleum Adhesion Promoter is a fast drying, clear primer that helps paints adhere to polyolefin surfaces such as automotive plastics, vinyl, trim, bumpers, fiberglass and more. Bonds topcoats to vinyl, plastic, fiberglass and more. Adhesion Promoter features an advanced spray system that allows you to spray at any angle.

          I sprayed this on a sanded, cleaned headlight as per...
          I sprayed this on a sanded, cleaned headlight as per the directions. Waithe the appropriate time for the top clear coat (Rust-Oleum automotive clear) and it wrinkled the clear. No need for it on a headlight, just sand and straight clear. Save your money and leave this on the shelf.

          Used this on plastic bumper cover prior to top coat...
          Used this on plastic bumper cover prior to top coat and clear coat. Excellent results. Bumper was cracked and estimate for repair in body shop was $1200+. Welded the crack with word burning iron then sanded, applied the adhesion promoter, light sand then paint. Good as new!
