A:  The T-Star+ Flat head screw does have the patented MultiHead that provides cutting surface on the underside of the head. See pictures at spax.us.

    A:  Hello, We do not recommend a yellow zinc coated screw for exterior use. When using screws in an exterior application, we recommend a HCR or High Corrosion Resistant coating. In this case where you need a #8 x 1-1/4" screw we would recommend our HCR-X coated screw. These screws are available at Home Depot.
