Hello, The recommend spline size if your frame is 5/16 in x 3/4 in is 0.140 (9/64”).
Hello Edgar, For the Clear Advantage All-in-one Kit, it comes in 84 inches long. We do offer the Clear Advantage roll separately in a 100 Ft. roll. Our Part number is FCS10396-M.
The roll is a bit longer than 84" but not long enough for your 90". That is an odd size. The closest you can come is with the 36x25' roll for $26.58.
It is exactly as required to cover the door area, the little extra can be cut easily
Label at the bottom of the triangular cardboard box says 'Made in Mexico'

Hello, The kit include the screen fabric, spline and spline tool. You will have to add the lineals or a frame kit to complete your repair.
This worked very well to replace the screen and spline. It does not have any parts to repair a screen door frame.
Item was ordered over a month ago and still hasn’t been delivered. Major fail.
Hi Bob the kit works well with a good frame; but, if the frame is damaged it will probably need to be replaced or repaired before you can use the screening kit. Contact Home Depot to see if they can help
This product is junk. I recommend buying the frame, spline and corners separately. This way you can tell if the products are good quality
IF you need the frame repaired, then you will have to buy the lineal footage of aluminum and 4 corners included, to build a new framework.
I received .125" which was far too small to work so now I have 2 junk screens.
On June 6, 2017 I called the company and the lady that I had talked to said the spline is .140".
I'm the Millwork Supervisor at store 2011 in Indianapolis. I checked the spline against our display gauge, it looks like .160"

I just measured it with my digital calipers: 0.158. My question is: Why don't they write this on the box? This is a big oversight, and makes it very difficult to decide on purchasing the product. At least one would think that Home Depot would put that information on the website, but they don't!
