Range with built in air fryer.

Faulty door design
This range is gorgeous except that after using it for about a year we started to get a “door is open” message. Since we were under warranty, Samsung sent an awesome repair person who installed a brand new door and now 10 months later, the springs have loosened again and the message has returned. Expected many years from a $2500 range. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Very very hard to clean
Here’s my opinion..if you do a ton of cooking like I do it is very very hard to keep clean. The grates are all connected so you have to pull them all out to clean. The stainless steel constantly has smudges regarded of how many times you clean it. The burners are very light weight/cheap even so when you touch them to clean the base they keep falling off. Now the big one is the screen not only does constantly have smudge marks but when you clean the dial/screen the dial turns to all the settings.

Great range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the ability to cook two shelves using different temperatures (flex-duo). It’s the main reason I purchased this range. Pre-heat is extremely quick and shows you the temperature changing as it heats up. It’s also great that I can pre-heat from an app on the phone, and get notifications letting me know the cooking timer is about to end.
Minor detail - the clock on the range doesn’t stay on for long when not in use, so I have to use another appliance to check the time of day whenever I walk into the kitchen. Not a deal breaker, but I’d expect the time to show without me pressing a button.

Product Does Not Work
this range was delivered & installed and has never worked. the over door is locked shut and the display shows an error code. after 4 days i still do not have any movement on fixing the issue. buyer beware.

GRATES MELTED ON VERY FIRST USE

Almost perfect!
had this for 3 years and it’s still great.only complaint is that backside of oven extends 1-2” too far, making it impossible to push all the way back against the wall. looks like the oven needs to be pushed back more but it’s impossible. Very frustrating
