This Machine Exploded
I purchased in Feb 2022 and in May 2023 this machine exploded. The plastic and glass that make up the front door blew up sending shards everywhere including into my hand. Samsung keeps telling me how they understand my frustration and then send repairmen that are unable to fix the machine due to the extent of the damage. This machine is dangerous and I am lucky I only got glass in my hand.
I am sure $1300 is a fine price for a bomb but you can do better if you want a machine that wont explode

Really Clean Clothes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung washer has been getting my clothes cleaner that ever. It really does a good job and i don't have to use a lot of detergent. I can do large batches and it doesn't take very long to complete the wash cycle. You can customize everything about the cycle based on the types of fabrics your washing, or you can create custom cycles. Its really easy and intuitive to use. Its cool that you can see your clothes spinning inside. Its pretty quiet in operation. The machine looks great and does a great job of washing clothes. I really have no complaints. It should last me many years. I would recommend it, two thumbs up.

Washer of the future
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed my new Samsung washing machine. I really love all the smart features coming from a 15-year-old washer. It gets my clothes as clean as ever and I think the front load works better than my old top loader. Love the fact that I could stack the washer and dryer and save a lot of space in my washroom. They look great, I like that the doors are clear so you can see inside. There are so many different programmed cycles for different types of laundry and its just so easy to use. It’s great to be able to check up on my laundry from the phone with the smart things app. Love that the drum is stainless steel, and it’s a very large capacity. I think it’s a great wash machine, it does its job well and I am happy with it. Would recommend if you’re looking for a new washer.

Amazing Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has been a game changer. The size of the drum is big enough to fit my duvet and it comes with a preset to wash it. My favorite presets are duvet and heavy soiled. I know when I put those specific features that the job is getting done right.The washer has a vibration reduction feature which makes it a very quite washer and it’s performance is outstanding. It has added a sleek and elegant touch to my laundry room. Love the features and specially the text notification it sends me when the load is ready to put in the dryer. This is definitely the washer you want for your laundry room.

Broke on second use. Check all reviews
Washer was in our home 7 days and broke on the second use. Home Depot will not exchange or refund since it is outside the 48 hour window. I had most of my issues with the local repair service company. Repair technician misdiagnosed the washer causing 45 days of delays. Samsung did provide a full refund but not for the base or install fees. The second service technician mentioned this was a very common problem on Samsung washers that the Drum Support Bolts break off.

Amazing feature, Nice colors and integration

The controls are super easy to use and the Smart things integration is too good. I get notifications on my Phone/TV. The color blends into my laundry and the different options available are unbeatable. Tried different soil levels and my clothes are super clean.

Very Smart Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this new washer and it has already made a world of difference. It's sleek modern design has changed the look on my laundry room completely. It's so simple to operate and yet it has so many functions. The best feature is the smart things app on my phone which allows you to customize the washing load and picks the settings for you based on type of clothes. It alerts me on my phone when my washing is done and I don't have babysit machine. As a busy working mom I absolutely adore that fiture. The other good thing about it is energy saving. It's uses much less energy then my older machine and saves me a dissent amount of money. The only thing that it is missing in my opinion is a light in the drum, but that is something I can easily leave without. I highly recommend this product for any family, especially big families like mine
