Yes. I just finished a reloading bench for a friend using those same connectors with these screws and they worked perfectly.

Effectively holds other items together. Pointy on one end, kind of flat on the other, and twirly in the middle. No drilling required. I used them on some framing brackets because the hex-head ones were too fat an interfered with the wood. These fit just fine.
