Enhance the security of any closet, room, or storm shelter with the Snap Safe Vault Door. It's thick steel construction and easy installation allow an effective and affordable way to protect an existing area from theft and unintended intrusion. The Vault Door comes with a SecRam digital lock and has a key back up in case of electronic lock failure. The door swing inward so you cannot become trapped from something falling in front of the door. The Vault Door can be opened from the inside.

AnswersI never trust the word of community members here - despite their usually good intentions. I checked the SnapSafe website myself and found their FAQ answer that says you can BOTH lock AND unlock the door from the inside: https://www.snapsafe.com/support/faqs/does-the-vault-room-door-have-an-internal-release-to-get-out

This door is great. Very well built and it came packaged so well you could have droped it over a cliff amd the door would not have been damaged. Its very heavy defenitly leave it in the boxes when you kove it in to your house , basement or shop. Super easy to install and easy to change the combination. Love the fact that it has back up keys and door can be opened from the inside. The only thing you may need to add is a bumper stop because door swings in very easily. 4.7 out of 5 highly recommend

Excellent safe door for my needs and price range. Very easy to install, as long as you have several people to assist you in lifting up the 350lb door into place. I would recommend this safe door for anyone wanting to secure a room and not wanting to spend $4-5,000.
