A great form factor for a disconnect or fuse box
I needed a disconnect for my conversion from a regular motor to a VFD on my mill, and this worked perfectly for that purpose. It was small enough to not require a lot of room (which I didn't have), but it fused both legs very efficiently. I found circuit breakers that screw into the fuse holders, and were actually more cost-effective than the fuses, so that worked out great. Also, be aware that cartridge fuses are nearly double the cost of plug fuses when you decide which box to purchase.
Installation is very easy - knockouts are provided for 1/2" and up conduit, although there are none that allow a direct connection to a handi-box (the height is different off the back of the box), but a step drill took care of that little problem.
