Are the door jambs wood or composite
Hello TomC, Thank you for your question. The door jamb for this door is made of wood.
The door is primed. Can it be painted or should it be left in primer? I have been told it isn’t good to paint them and wondering if that is correct. If it is okay to paint, what is the best type to use?
Hello Nina, Thank you for contacting Stanley/Dusco Doors. The door already comes painted white. Indeed, this is not recommended. But if need of change in color , the door needs to be cleaned and sanded first , afterwards the primer applied and painted with oil-based paint ( in desired color). Can you cut this door to make into a dutch door?
