Is this fiberglass door 60 min fire rated?
This door is not fire rated, sorry. You can order a door like this that is fire rated for 20 minutes at your local Home Depot via there special-order system.
Is the hinge location the same as a Thema-tru frame?
Hinge locations are from top of door to top of first hinge 6-1/2 in., second hinge 37-1/2 in., and third hinge 68-1/2 in. You can also visit your local Home Depot for special order options.
What’s the frame thickness on the Legacy Collection? I’m ordering the 6 9/16” jamb.
4-9/16. Please order door at your local Home Depot and they can order this for you with a 6-9/16 frame.
Are the interior and exterior profiles the same or is one side just a flat slab?

The sidelights appear to be clouded, can you see through them? If I ordered the door in red, would the sidelights be white or just primed? I would prefer to have that finished.
The sidelites are clear and will come in white. You can visit your local Home Depot and they can special order door for you.
Can I use this door for a garage as the main entry? My garage is detached from the house.
No you cannot, it is not fire rated.
