About This Product
The Superior Pump 93020U Sewage Pump Kit features a 1/2 HP submersible sewage pump that will move up to 80 Gal. of water per minute. This pump is made of rugged cast iron construction and includes a vertical float switch with piggy back plug to automatically turn the pump on/off. The pump offers a powerful, yet energy efficient (7.6 Amp) thermally protected motor for longer life and durability. The pump features a non-clogging vortex impeller, 2 FIP discharge and 10 ft., replaceable, water proof power cord. This sewage pump is specifically designed to work in all sewage applications and will easily handle 2 solids. Pump is UL/CUL listed and CSA certified. The easy to assemble kit includes an 18x30 in. basin, premium structural foam cover, air tight molded reusable PVC seal, 4 inlet with snap-in-hub and includes 2 PVC pipe.

Can this handle 200' of horizontal distance with 4' of rise?
Hi Brad, Assuming you are using all 2" (or larger) discharge pipe, with 4' of lift, at 200' the discharge rate will be at about 15-18 gallons per minute Thanks
How is the cover secured to the basin? Is it bolted or are self taping screws used? I only ask because of the possibility of orders escaping seems likely if the top is not sealed with machine screws. Thank you for your time.

Hiw many linear feet will this pump? I'm needing to pump roughly 100 feet with 6 feet of rise in elevation.
Hi Josh, With 6' of lift and 100' run using 2" or larger pipe, this pump will be able to discharhe at the rate of around 45 gallons per minute. Not an issue

If I plan to use this for divert outside groundwater, do I cap the vent off?
Hi Craig, The system needs to be vented, If you cap off the vent, the pump will not be able to evacuate the water. With the vent capped off, it is like having your finger over the end of a straw and pulling it out of the glass. The system needs air to replace the water
I have a RV. can I use it to pump RV waste water and solid sewage? I have to pump it 100ft to the house main sewage line. What is the smallest discharge line can I use? will a heavy duty garden hose work?
Hi Mack, We would recommend using nothing smaller than a 1-1/2" hose or pipe. Smaller will create a lot of back pressure and can cause the pump to overheat. Thanks
Can it work with garbage disposal waste(kitchen) and/or human feces?
Hi Hector, We do not recommend it for a sink with a garbage disposal. This is not a grinder pump. It will allow solids up to about 2" to pass through it. Thanks
