Nice improvement
Happy with the quality of this window. Easy to install with the attached flange. Very nice looking with the cut glass design which provides a little obscurity while still letting in light and view.

Big Quality Control Problem!
I bought windows from Tafco bf and they were fine. But had a major issue w this one: It looks pretty enough, but the window pane sits crooked inside the vinyl frame. I now have to pay to remove it and then reinstall it. So mad about it!

I just love how this window looks! It's hard to see but the edge of each diamond reflects prismatic colors. It's so pretty. Pic is my new bathroom compliments of Home Depot (tile, fixtures, window, etc. - all from Home Depot).

Bought two of these for our Victorian home. Upon arrival unpackaged both to inspect and looked OK...
Bought two of these for our Victorian home. Upon arrival unpackaged both to inspect and looked OK except for some factory silicone smeared on the exterior panes. Installation was relatively easy. The adjustable interior trim ring on the Oval style is a great feature considering our home has very thick walls. They look great but both developed quality issues within two weeks of install. One has fogged up between the panes – looks like a bad seal - the other has a water leak coming in from between the exterior glass and bottom of the exterior factory trim. Contacted TAFCO but no response yet.

These are fantastic windows! Took a chance on a brand I’d never heard of. We just redid our house with all new fancy Andersen windows and they came packaged with a thin cardboard ring around the edges and what appeared to be thinner than Saran Wrap that was torn up. So, lots of minor scratches on our brand new dark bronze windows. Tafco had styrofoam moulds around theirs in a very sturdy box! Unparalleled packaging - and windows were in pristine condition. They are well made, nice looking - Wish they were a custom window company!!
