Q:can this door be ordered with blinds between the glass on BOTH the door and panels

A:  This model of door has blinds between the glass available in the door but not in the sidelite. However, we do offer many configurations with blinds between the glass, for the door and sidelite, which can be ordered through your local Home Depot. We currently do not offer beveled glass, however we have many full lite glass designs available.           Delivery and install by HDI has been botched!
          I'm pleased with the appearance of the door and, hopefully, it will last. However from the delivery with the wrong glass fitted (HDI promise this can be replaced) to the install itself the experience has been beyond disappointing! The frame is not plumb on one side so it's twisted and the top has been fastened, seemingly without shims so it's bowed. A month since the door was fitted and HDI have yet to resolve my concerns. At this stage I regret my purchase.

            Same issue as other reviewers
            Totally rotted at on both sides of the threshold where it meets the brickmold- not to mention a cracked fiberglass slab by all the hinges. I too reached out to Thermatru to see if a warranty exist….only to be told the door requires maintenace along with some videos to watch. It’s not all the hype as advertised- Junk!

              Rotten Door
              I bought a Thermatru door and had a contractor install is about 15 years ago. It was regularly maintained (painted every 4 to 5 years). The lifetime warranted door now has rotted out at the end grain. Thermatru won't honor the lifetime warranty and blamed it on maintenance. Now it will cost me thousands to replace with another reputable manufactures door.

                Core Rot
                Nearing retirement and over about four or five years we installed 5 fiberglass doors with synthetic frames/trim under the impression they would last through our retirement and old age with little maintenance requirements. The first door we installed started rotting in the lower core (this only after 5 years), and inspection of the other doors showed similar issues in various stages. I submitted a claim under Therma-Tru's lifetime warrantee which was miraculously denied after a quick review of a couple of photos - no on-site inspection or discussion. It appears this door's foundation (core) is constructed of porous exposed, unprotected, and likely low quality wood. I see other reviews with similar rot issues. And good luck if you have a warrantee claim. My advise: avoid Therma_Tru at any cost.

                  Poorly installed door
                  We purchased a beautiful Therma Tru door from our local Home Depot and payed there people to do the installation. The door was skinned and not installed properly after fussing around with Roy the install forman for over 4mos I feel its time for corporate to step in and make this right. The door should not pass inspection as the screw pattern is not up to code and the door is tilting at the top and there are missing parts, my hope it that some one will make the right

                    A bad door
                    I bought the door about a year ago waited six months for it all the hinges are rusting It’s a double door the la it’s a double door the Latch that holds one door stable the hardware has a lot of playing it so the door doesn’t seal latch that holds one door stable the hardware has a lot of playing it so the door doesn’t seal also miter trim Poorly cut from the factory
