Oven not staying lit
The stove is very nice looking. After only a few months the oven wouldn’t stay lit, then it stopped lighting. I am in the process of having it repaired with the manufacturer but the oven is less than one years old so this is disappointing. Also anyone interested should note the oven is like lighting a grill, open the door , turn the knob let it click and adjust flame. Not like modern stoves most people are used to. I just wish for the simplicity of this stove it worked simple as well.

Looks better than it works!
The stove is stunningly good-looking.
I bought it and the vent hood for use in my off grid property in Sonoma county.
Everything worked except the oven light and the convection fan.
These look like minor electrical problems but since I live out in the back of beyond I’m gonna have to fix it myself rather than calling the service department.
The manufacture should spend more time on quality control so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

Love the look. Would love a timer and if the oven would let me know when it reaches correct temp. Had an electric stove when I purchased current house. So glad to be back in gas land. Stove top shows every speck of anything. Have to be a neat freak to own this one.

A+ for style. Solid construction. Having trouble keeping the oven lit to bake. Not sure if it's the oven or operator error, but it shouldn't be so difficult.

A prior purchase of this appliance was a major disaster...
A prior purchase of this appliance was a major disaster as after we installed it the oven would not work …thus we returned it.
Unable to get any help on solving the Problem was a big negative.
