Good with Some Paint Flaws
The doors are made of pine and come painted in bright white with a non-glossy finish. There were some minor flaws in the paint. Unlike other bifold doors I’ve installed these do not use spring loaded metal pins to retain the door in the upper track guide. Instead, they have hollow, rigid plastic pins. You install these doors by tilting them toward the end of the track and slipping the pins into the guides, then you slip the bottom door pin into the floor bracket. It’s a little awkward to do this. The installation instructions did cover all the steps to install the doors but could have been a little better with better illustrations. Also, they fail to mention that if you have tile flooring you will need a hammer drill and an appropriate masonry anchor to securely install the floor bracket. Finally, while all the hardware you need is included, you may have to use different fasteners than those supplied depending on your specific situation.
My main concern with these doors is the durability of the plastic pins used at the top of the door. Bifold doors get a lot of abuse and those pins will probably need to be replaced at some point. Because they are a bit larger in diameter than the metal pins you usually have on these doors finding appropriately sized replacements at a hardware store might be difficult. I’d recommend holding onto the installation sheets that come with the doors so you can contact the company if you need replacement parts.
Overall I’m satisfied with the doors. They look great and once properly adjusted work very well.

Door is relatively easy to install / good looking
These took the typical amount of time someone needs to install two bi-fold doors. I did have to exchange one of the bi-folds for a new one as the initial one did not contain the floor jamb bracket. After that, I was able to remove the old bi-fold doors, install all the new hardware for these doors and be done in few hours. I did notice that, for the handles, our packaging did not include long screws to put in the handles but that's no big deal. I recommend this item.

Beware If You're Planning To Paint These
Most of the positive reviews are from people praising that they come factory finished . I needed a slightly different color and I've done a lot of spray painting so I went ahead and painted them with Joanna Gaines Magnolia paint. The paint would not flow out and collected in small pools. After it dried I tried to sand it smooth and the paint came completely off failing to adhere to the factory paint layer below. What a mess !!!! I called Kilz (the Magnolia manufacturer) and they had no idea what was going on especially in light of the fact that I had sprayed the same paint before with flawless results.

We actually repurposed this product for a completely different application....
We actually repurposed this product for a completely different application. It worked great. We were able to drill new holes and attach where needed. I would buy these again! I wish I could upload a picture because they look so great!

I purchased this door to provide simple access to a HW tank closet. The door was straight forward...
I purchased this door to provide simple access to a HW tank closet. The door was straight forward to install and provided a tight fit into the specified opening. The problems I experienced were with the finish and the installation hardware. The finish was marred with paint blotches and chips along the edges. The mounting screws for the top track and bottom bracket were too short for mounting to a sheet rock finished opening. There is a possible concern with the track guide and pivots being made of plastic. Not sure how they are going to hold up over time. Overall a good value for the money.
