Hugely disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I am happy to have found a top loader with an agitator, in a brand I have trusted in the past, I am very dissatisfied with this machine on several counts. #1: It takes over an hour to wash a load. The quick wash setting takes 45 minutes. MUCH too long, as it has doubled the time it takes to do laundry now. #2: Why have a choice of sensing water level vs “deep” water level if deep is shallow? See photo. How much water is saved in comparison to how much more electricity this uses with the long running time? #3: Water shuts off completely when lid is open. As I do not have a wash tub in my laundry room, it makes it difficult to dilute fabric softener. Extra care is needed when adding powdered cleaning booster because it cannot be dissolved before adding clothes.
There are features to this machine I do appreciate: variety of cycles, capacity. I understand there is always a learning curve with anything new. I have gone over the owner’s manual and tried many different combinations of washing. All cycles are too long.
I am open to suggestions from anyone else’s experiences.

Impeller design does not get clothes cleann
Purchased model WTW500DW3 4/25/21 a standard top load washer with impeller instead of an agitator. I don't recommend this washer as it does not get clothes clean. I purchased model WTW5005KW with agitator. This seems to work fine. I paid 625 per machine.

Still Dirty after Washing
Clothes come out dirty with smears on them. Athletic gear comes out of a hot, deep water wash smelling of body odors. I cannot use a downy ball & need to add fabric softener by hand. Miss having an agitator. Two thumbs down!

Does not wash my clothes
I have a sick brother and this machine is not helping me because I can’t get his clothes clean. I am going to buy another brand because I need a washer that will get the job done. Without the agitator this is a bad design.

I just got it so don't really know yet. I do like that it doesn't have an agitator (but still cleans clothes well) and holds a lot of clothes. Just a warning, the panel is blue not silver. I'm pretty annoyed by that, especially since the website shows it as silver so now it doesn't match my dryer.

Clothes Stay Dirty
Bought 11/20. Clothes still had dirt on knees from garden after wash. Kids pants were dirty. Tried different cycles. 10/21-Kids pulled soccer shirts out of dryer with chocolate stains on them. Stains remained after two washes. Not for busy families.

Do you want clean clothes? This machine won’t help
Don’t buy. <9months old.
Has never agitated and cleaned clothes properly, Service will tell you to switch from auto to deep water. Still won’t wash/agitate. There’s obviously a problem.
Extremely EXTREMELY EXTREMELY LOUD. . Look at all the 1star reviews.
