Good Features

Broken out of the box
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Paid extra builder (DR Horton) for washer and dryer to be included in new home. Walkthrough before close was only 15 minutes, they turned it on to show me it was filling. It was 2 weeks after closing I did first load of wash. It screams, squeaks, squeals and is grossly out of balance. Bangs and doesn't spin water out of load. Builder won't replace and repair guy came said parts are on backorder, part ( new drum) just got delivered all banged up like a crushed soda can. ðŸ˜

Shakes so violently it damaged my wall
Got this with a new build construction. The thing shakes so violently on anything other than delicates. On bulky sheets it shook so much it went airborne and damaged my wall. On colors on the final spin it shakes so violently my drain hose looks like it's playing double dutch. Piece of junk is 4 months old. Don't tell me this is normal. I had a washer last me 14 years. 4 months and this thing is a liability

Low water level. Normal?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The level of the water is too low in my opinion. When I interrupt the lazy wash cycle, open the lid and look inside, I can barely see any water. Whatever happened to agitation? And I can't navigate in the website. I tried to download the owners manual and other documents but I couldn't. Bud don't base you decision on my observations. Maybe I'm just missing something.
