Woods is introducing a new line of refreshed indoor and outdoor timers! These new timers are easier to use and come with updated designs and colors to match any dcor, indoor or outdoor! New indoor timer features include 96-pins allowing your timer to be programable in 15-minute intervals as well as an LED indicator light that gives you a visual of when your timer is on. As a bonus, they wont block the bottom outlet allowing you to still use it to power your other appliances.

So far, so good. I've only used it for about a week so far, but it is doing the job.
I am using it to run an LED shop light for a small hydroponics project.
Just this morning my watch alarm went off at 07:30, then I heard the timer click and the shop light came on, right on time.
This one can handle two devices, which I did use initially. Now I have only one light plugged in. If I expand my project I can easily add another light to the timer.
We'll see how it goes after a few weeks.
I recommend this timer.

First time trying out this brand for my outdoor lighting. I'm impressed with this product. I attached a string of lights to it and a night light where it is plugged in. The only reason i gave it 4 stars in my review is because the time keeps changing ever so slightly. Keep adjusting it, but it might just be mine that's doing it.

Over the years of home ownership we’ve found we have use for these little timers several times a year. The obvious is Christmas lights time when we don’t want to have to remember to turn off the lights before bedtime. Vacation times are another good use when we set lamps around the house to go on and off throughout the evening to discourage that empty house look. Having one like this that is simple to set and easy to use is a big bonus. This timer also has a built in nightlight which doesn’t particularly appeal in our house where there are no kids, but might be great for young families. It might also be handy for automatically turning on a lamp to get a child out of bed on school days. recommend this product.

Smart design! About time!
Pro: Allows access to both sockets in a duplex wall outlet. Rated 15 Amp with grounding. Has two grounded outlets on either side of the unit. Well styled for easy gripping when unplugging the timer.
Con: None.
General: We use mechanical timers of this sort for many things in our home: plant grow lights, an illuminated etagere, the fish tank lights, our “away from home” master bedroom light and so forth. This is the best design I have encountered.

I love outlet timers. I use them all over the house indoors and outdoors. They give me freedom from plugging and unplugging things I use around the house. I am currently using this timer for two Christmas decorations that light up. Since I have the timer set to go on and off, I don't need to worry about them. The dual outlet is a bonus as most of my timers only allow for one plug. This one also lets you set more specific times as it has 96 different settings, It also has a night light which is an added bonus.

And I also used them in the past to start the coffee pot to get myself ready in the morning to do battle in the rat race. The WOODS 24 HOUR HEAVY DUTY INDOOR PLUG-IN GROUNDED OUTLET MECHANICAL TIMER WITH NIGHTLIGHT, WHITE is a weapon in your arsenal to take on the world.
Its got the little push in pull out tabs that set when you want to enable whatever your enabling. Security lights, a garden fountain, or decorative display lights. There are 96 separate tabs, one for every 15 minutes in a 24 hour day. Up active, down, inactive. This timer has a nightlight and a manual override switch when you want to turn things on even though it's not "time" for it yet. Its made to only take up half the one gang receptacle so you can use the other plug while this is plugged in. It is capable of supporting 1250 watts of power, or a one-half horsepower motor which is on the beefier side. Has 2 receptacles to control 2 devices.

I have two of these timers to run my Christmas lights. Setting the on/off times is pretty standard where you lift and lower pins for on/off. I appreciate that simplicity over digital timers which require complex button combinations to control. I also like that these have two outlets, as that means I don’t have to use as many splitters to plug in my array of electrical cords. These are rated for 15 amps and I am using every bit of that. The $10 price on these is very fair and this is an excellent product.

I have used Woods products in the past and have always been very happy with them. I love using timers in my house for security and to light the way when going to bed. I also have nightlights strategically placed throughout the house for when getting up at night or when guests are staying over. This timer marries both a timer with 96 combinations of time with two outlets plus a nightlight at the bottom. I’m in heaven. Plugged in for my front window and have it working already.

I just got the WOODS 24 HOUR HEAVY DUTY INDOOR PLUG-IN GROUNDED OUTLET MECHANICAL TIMER WITH NIGHTLIGHT, WHITE, I’m going to be using it for my Christmas lights on the inside of the house. I might also use it to have a few different lights that will turn on when I go places. The overall product is really very nicely put together, and it’s got two different outlets, unlike most other timers that I have used, so it’s got more usage applications. I truly do believe that it’s a great product and I’m confident that I’ll find many more things to use it for.

No matter how many timers I have it never seems to be enough. I have tried the digital and manual timers and definitely prefer the latter. This mechanical timer by Woods is awesome because it is jammed packed with features in such a small package. It has not one but two grounded outlets! It also has an LED indicator light when plugged in and an automatic night light, which is pretty bright. Manual override switch on top switches from permanently on to timer. 24 hrs with 96 pins, which are all pushed in out of package. You’ll have to pull them all up then set your time(s). Night light is on the bottom when plugged in. To set the current time, rotate the dial clockwise until the time lines up with the arrow. PM hours are shaded. Each segment pin represents 30 minutes. 1 year warranty. Cannot be used in wet locations. Repeats daily.
