stiching is coming off.
5 days past the 30 day return policy and the stiching on the rug is coming off. 😞

Nice Rug, works well under dining room table; FRAYS horribly
I loved this rug when I first got it. I liked the color and how it worked with my decor. Unfortunately (past my return date) it has FRAYED horribly and does not lay straight on the edges. I have had to order adhesive strips to keep it flat. We have not even sat at this table since receiving the rug. I would not buy this rug again and would return if I could. Disappointing…

Terrible Rug! Do not buy
I just received my new jute rug 10x14 in natural and there are these little pieces sticking up everywhere from the ends of the jute. Very poor construction! I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. Not to mention the natural color is darker than appeared online.

Color can vary from product image
We bought two of these rugs for our kitchen. One in an oval and one in a circle. The circle was a significantly different shade than the oval. The circle was more of a neutral tone, closer to gray, whereas the oval had more of a warmer/orange/brown tone like the product images. It was still nice but it didn’t look like the product image. The oval matched the product image much better. Of course there’s going to be some variation because of the material, but given they were going in the same room, almost right next to each other, it just didn’t work for us. However, I was able to discuss my concerns with customer service and they set up a return and sent another circle rug which matched much better and now we are happy with them.

Very disappointed
I wouldn’t recommend it, I’ve had it for just a week and after I vacuumed it the top edge
fell apart and because it’s braided the seams are very noticeable and sticks out.
