it doesn't mention any blue in the Persian Gray but looks like it in picture?
Can this rug be vacuumed?
Hi, this is Grace with nuLOOM! Thank you for your inquiry. I'm sorry, this rug is not machine washable. Here is a helpful guide for maintaining your 100% Polypropylene rug: Regular vacuuming helps rugs retain their beauty and extends the life of the rug. Clean spills immediately: blot clean with a clean cloth and a solution of clear dish washing detergent (non-bleach) and water. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach. Apart from regular home upkeep, we strongly recommend professional cleaning. To keep your rugs looking fresh, they should be brought to a reputable cleaner at least once a year.
Yes, this rug can be vacuumed.
What shade is the blue on the Verona Vintage Persian Blue? Sometimes it looks like a Royal blue instead of lighter softer blue.
The shade of blue on the rug is admiral blue.
There are a couple of hues of blue but royal and turquoise are most prevalent
Hi Kathy, this is Grace with nuLOOM! The colors of this rug include an Ivory base with a design of Navy, Royal and Sky Blues, as well as Grey and Gold accents.
Is the backing soft? It is to be used on hardwood.
The rug has met my expectations and looks just like the images online. I ordered the 5' x 3' rug. My regret is not ordering the next size up. This rug is palatable and can be used with cream, grey, and blue.
Hi Kat, this is Grace with nuLOOM! Thank you for your inquiry. This rug features a Jute backing which is safe for hardwood flooring. Jute, however, does slip. For safety reasons, we recommend using a non-slip rug pad with any rug that does not already have a non-slip backing, unless you plan to keep the rug securely in place under heavy furniture.
I've put it directly on engineered red oak floor for a few years, no damage to the floor. But it moves. It is very thin, which works perfectly at our front door.
Yes, the backing of it is soft
