A:  Clean removal,as with anything that pierces sheetrock the holes need to be filled. Small holes easy repair.

A:  Hello - Thank you for asking. The CLAW hanger leaves 2 small puncture holes (the size of the metal posts) in the wall after removing.

A:  the holes are pretty small equivalent to a push pin..
