    A:  The pipe is rated for -50°F so it's unlikely it'll freeze. However, by design, it is meant to be buried as a minimum depth of 12". We cannot definitively say that it would withstand the weight of the snow and/or ice directly on it.

              A:  It is a little more flexible than the larger diameter version. These pipes are rigid plastic, corrugated to provide some flex.

                  A:  This pipe will become brittle with long exposure over time to the sun's UV light. It fares better covered.
