A:  Hi Daniel, thank you for your question. As it turns out, we do not recommend our Direct-To-Metal Paint for roofs. Alternatively, you can prime the surface with our Multi-Surface Primer (No.436). Please note that glossy surfaces can make it tough for coatings to adhere, which is why we recommend etching or scuff sanding the surface to help ensure adhesion before priming. A:  Hi Dawn, thank you for your question. The paint will dry to the touch in 1 hour and it can be recoated in 3 hours. Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and higher humidity. It takes about four weeks for the paint to fully cure. Good luck with your project! -Giovanna
