In this case, with our Exterior Solid Color Waterproofing Stain & Sealer, you'll coat the surface and allow it to dry as is without wiping it off (similar to paint). If you stir the product for a few minutes and it seems to have the correct consistency and no foul odor, there's a good chance it didn't freeze.
