A:  Good Question! There are only a few slight differences. The 500EC as more of a beveled edge compared the 520EC which has a softer edging. The 520EC is a Home Depot Exclusive toilet seat, so you would only be able to find this in certain stores as well as online. Lastly, the 520EC is available in a fewer amount of colors than the 500EC. A:  Measure. Be aware that "round" toilet seats are not round. Just measure. I made the mistake of ordering the elongated, because my toilet is elongated, but even though it is not round it is called round in the toilet industry.

A:  Hi Joan, The 1500EC model does come in color white (000 color code). You should be able to special order this seat through Home Depot's special order desk.
