          Q:Is this a programable outlet? There's nothing in the specifications nor the manual instructions that indicate it's anything but an On and Off control switch.

            A:  This outlet is a timer. You need to turn the dial and set the time of day it is. Then you need to pull up all pins, and then push down the pins that you want the timer to come on till the time you want it to go off.
