Answer This Question
A: Please contact info@paragongroupusa.com requesting your help with this request. This unit does not require a drain. However, we recommend the use of servicing vales with a pressure relief device...the servicing valves can be used when performing periodic maintenance to the unit, and the pressure relief device is there to release water from the unit in case of any abnormal built up water pressure. For this, you might want to consider connecting a drain tube to guide the excess water. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!

Q:Can you use a 40 amp quad breaker for this instead of two separate 40 amp breakers

Answer This Question
A: Hello! Thank you for your question. In theory, this should work! So long as the unit is being fed 80 Amps total. Please make sure that all your L1’s are on the A-Phase and L2’s are aligned with the B phase. You must always have 240V between each single L1/L2 pairing. If you are showing 240V between an L1/L1 or an L2/L2 pairing, then the lines are crossed and the unit won’t work. Feel free to give us a call at 844-746-6688 for further assistance. Thank you!
