              A:  Unfortunately, the shelves are not removable. A 15 1/2 by 5 inch box would not fit in the safe.

                      A:  im so sorry our phone and internet have been down since 10 AM CST. we are trying to get them up and running now. you can also email into info@buffalotools.com with the Serial number, the key hole number and an ID to have us check for the key. we will not be able to get you an answer tomorrow as our key lady has left for the day.
