A:  No foundation necessary. Comes with two 4x4's and leveling blocks. You then build the flooring framework on these beams. I changed mine to three 4x6's but probably not necessary.

A:  We do not recommend putting the shed directly on the ground. The 4 x 4's are what keeps the shed level.

A:  Hi the 2x4 frame sits on 4x4 pressure treated rails. I have these on concrete slabs. Ventilation under floor will prevent moisture build up and rot.

A:  No, there is not a choice on shingles.

A:  All of it needs paint (minus the roof and foundation). The siding is primed but still requires paint. The trim pieces are raw wood and need primer and or a few coats paint.
