Q:How far are the brackets from the edge of the awning? Just to confirm they come welded to the awning and are not movable for installation? thank s

A: The mounting tabs are welded to the projection arms. You are able to face the mounting tab in our out for more mounting space. With the tabs facing in it is 1.5" inches from the edge of the paneling. With the tabs on the brackets facing out they are even with the edge of the paneling. A: This size awning will fit a window smaller then 68". The 68" include the mounting space that is needed to install. Also the 5' and above awnings will need to have a center support that needs to also be installed.

Q:What window width does the 80? awning fit over? It looks as though the brackets are about 3-4? from each side. Can the brackets be fitted nearer to the edge?

A: To obtain additional inside width between the back left and back right Back Bar tabs , it is recommended to rotate clockwise 180° the back bars to provide an additional 17/8” on both sides. This would result in the back left and back right Back Bar tabs to be situated on the outside of the awning.
