Q:Is a 24 inch wide faux wood blind going to be that exact measurement of 24 inches wide? Anything less than that wont be wide enough. The inside window frame measures approximately 24.75. I want to be sure I'm ordering the correct size.

Answer This Question
A: Hi! Our Fauxwood blinds come with an industry standard deduction of a 1/2" to give room for installation. A 24" blind will come 23.5" headrail. For the size you need, we suggest ordering the exact 24.75" or a 25" blind.

A: Hi, thank you for your interest in our products! A 70"W x 60"H will be about 18 lbs. For our larger shades we add extra installation hardware to add to the headrail for extra support. We design our blinds to prevent issues when opening/ closing slats. However, to minimize issues, we recommend splitting the width into two shades.

Q:Is the length measured from the very top mounting bar or from the actual blinds? My window (including trim) is 35? tall. I?m wondering if the 36? length would work if I need to do an outside mount. The sill is not deep enough for an inside mount.

Answer This Question
A: Hi, thank you for your interest in our products! The length is measured starting from the top of the headrail all the way down to the end of the bottom rail. If you are installing as an outside mount and your window is 35"H, a 36"H will work.
