            A:  For quick troubleshooting, please ensure that our Design House Schoolhouse Oil Rubbed Bronze Ceiling Mount Light in mounted on a flat surface. This light is not designed for sloped ceilings. We do not recommend trimming the bolts as it would reduce the integrity of the fixture.
