A:  Thank you for showing interest in our products!I am happy to assist you with any product questions that you may have. Our wood corbels are very durable and can be installed easily and quickly. They are load bearing which means that they can hold up to 240 pounds each and can be installed by applying wood glue to the installation areas (top and or back) and then screw the bracket to ensure durability. You can either toenail the corbel from the sides, screw straight through the corbel or screw through the wall from behind. A:  Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, Yes, the bracket (BKT03X05X07HA) are pre drilled on both sides and the holes are about 1-1/2" apart from each other.
