A:  I'm just a fairly experienced DIY guy, meaning I know a little about alot of things. I would think it would not fit in a typical light/ fan combo and it would definitely melt a plastic cover and possibly plastic parts in the fan.

          A:  Thank you for the question. Yes, the filament inside the bulb is not being charged as high. Which will lower the heat output.

                A:  Thank you for your question. We are unable to properly answer this question as there are many factors involved in warming water in a pitcher, ambient air temp, etc. This is a high lumen incandescent bulb that gives off a tremendous amount of heat.

                  A:  a bulb being frosted or clear is a different thing then the color temperature. It is possible to have a clear bulb that is warm white, cool white or daylight as it is possible to have a frosted bulb that is any of those as well.
