Q:What is the difference in the Capriasca model Forno 48” duel fuel range at $3999 and the Stainless Steel at $2999?
by|Dec 4, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: The Capriasca compared to the Galiano (Model FFSGS6156-48) has the highest BTU power on the cooktop alone. Each burner will have 20,000 BTUs output and a lower setting of 1,000 BTUs, which is great for simmering. The lower-cost model will have one burner with that feature, and the other burners would vary between 9,000 BTUs to 15,000 BTUs, with no simmer option.
The Capriasca will also have all brass burners, telescopic slide-out racks, a blue enamel interior, LED lights on the control panel, and Knobs. Feel free to contact us at info@forno.ca to get more information, we can also schedule with you a virtual showroom visit to showcase both products.

Q:All burners are 20000btu. What is the lowest BTU can these burners get to? Also if propane is the gas choice, will this be enough to achieve the full btus?
by|Oct 25, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: The Capriasca cooktop features has versatile burners with the capability to adjust their output, ranging from 20,000 BTUs at high heat down to a gentle simmer of 1,000 BTUs. Each burner is equipped with a dual gas inlet and a double ring, providing the flexibility to achieve this wide spectrum of power. If you plan on converting the range for propane, it is essential to hire a professional for the conversion process, as they will need to make flame adjustments.

Answer This Question
A: Hello Betty,
Yes ! When purchasing the colored line, you will by default receive the unit with regular, stainless steel doors, and two extra boxes should be included with the white doors. You will be required to install the colored door. This allows you to keep the regular door aside, if you ever want to change your kitchen design.
If you need assistance on how to install the doors, please contact info@forno.ca we will forward a video tutorial.
Thank you!
