Q:I used the Bulky setting to wash a thin blanket and two jackets. The total load was not large. During the Rinse cycle, the drum moved a little bit but only very gently. The blanket and jackets did not move at all during the whole Rinse cycle and they did not rub against each other at all. The parts of the clothing that were above the water stayed above the water and never got immersed in the water. Does anyone have this issue?

A: This is the big problem with this washer. The clothes do.not get submerged or agitated, I find it does not clean well. I have changed soli to large and and certain settings you can use deep fill. I tried to return this washer in the first month but was unable to. I dont think it cleans the clothes well.

A: Yes it is a piece of junk! It uses very little water unless you hit the DEEP fill button and you can't fill it more than 2/3.

Answer This Question
A: Well, we close the lid gently ourselves. We do not let it drop by itself. So, I cannot say Yes or No. Is the lid designed to close by itself?
by|Jul 8, 2021
A: Not a slow soft lid.

Q:Can you tell me if the Spin Option ( normal, more, max) refers to speed or time? Not well defined in the owner's manual. Thanks!

Answer This Question
A: Dear confused- generally, it’s a time- related difference, “Max” being the longest time period for spinning the load.

Q:I am trying to figure out the Sound button on this machine. The manual says that all machines don't have a sound button, but since this one does it states: " Use the volume button to change the volume of the end of cycle signal & other tones. Press the button until your reach desired volume (high, medium, low) or off. I have a sound button, but no volume button. Can you advise?

Answer This Question
A: Curious- try holding the button down for a period of time to see if it varies the volume level. If this doesn’t produce the desired effect, it’s probably just a “sound/no sound” button- in other words- “on” or “off”.
Good Luck!

Q:After completing a Delicate Cycle (with Low Spin Speed) if I see that I need another rinse, can I press the "Extra Rinse" button for another rinse at LOW Spin Speed ?

Answer This Question
A: Hi Curious-
Yes, as long as your washing machine is still set at the “Delicate” cycle- it should continue to spin at the lower speed- however, if the things you’re presently washing don’t adequately remove excess rinse water, then use a regular setting rinse/spin cycle to remove rinse water more thoroughly- don’t worry about stress/ stretching/damage to what you’re washing, it’s the agitation part of a wash cycle that could do that.

Q:Is it possible to do a second spin without having it fill with water again? Sometimes it doesn't get enough water out during the spin cycle, but when I try to do a second spin it puts more water in first, defeating the purpose. I've never had a washer that couldn't do a second spin.

A: Yes, and the amount of water it puts back in is miniscule. There is a "Drain and Spin" cycle.
by|Jun 21, 2021
A: My experience when using the "Drain & Spin" cycle only, is that this machine always does a few quick bursts of water then does the draining & spinning. It doesn't "fill" the machine. This machine on the "bulky" cycle does add more water but generally this is a water saving machine and does not fill with water on most other cycles. Cleaning the washer cycle also adds more water but normal wash cycles only use small amounts of water.

A: Mine does the same although it doesn't completely fill the barrel, only allows a small amount of water to be added then spins it all out.
