A:  geoff: It's using four of side mirror brackets to the cabinet sides with screws. Once installed the brackets, remove the 3M sticker paper and stick the sides mirror.

A:  MADDIE: Sure, this unit can surface mount with using the two hinges on the top side and one bottom bracket on the bottom side secured the unit.

A:  Yes, it uses an upper and lower bracket. 11 inches long if memory serves. I wish the bracket was longer since my studs are 16 inches apart but it's still sturdy. You didn't ask but I'm going to tell you anyway, I really like this medicine cabinet. It's a beauty.

A:  No, at least I didn't see it in any color other than the one pictured.

A:  You would have to contact the manufacturer I would suppose but there are four shelves that hold an awful lot of stuff. This isn't a small medicine cabinet.
