      A:  You will need to remove the blue index button and under that is a 2.5 metric Allen screw. Tightening that should tighten the handle back in place.

              A:  Thank you. Under the hot and cold indexes is a 2.5 metric Allen screw and once that is removed. the handle will come off. A bonnet nut holds the cartridge in so after that is removed, the cartridge pulls up and out. This unit comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so if you need a cartridge or any other part, you can contact the Home Depot Customer Service department at 1-855-434-5224 and they can assist you further.
