Q:if i buy on line and pickup in store do i get the military discount?

    Answer This Question

A:  As far as I know there is no way to get a military discount if you purchase online. You can get a discount if you have the store special order and then pay when it arrives.

    by|May 4, 2023

A:  I don't believe so, They need to see the ID before you get the discount.

Q:Replacement hose - is thus a compatible one: KES I9180 Pull-Out Faucet Replacement Hose Extended Length 68.8-Inch OR 175
    by|Jun 26, 2017

    Answer This Question

A:  I'm not sure I understand the question. As phrased, I suspect 68.8-inch is the better, rather than 175, which is a little over 14 and 1/2 feet. There is no hose that long (175 inches) on the assembly. I can't measure my hose, as it is still assembled all as one unit with the faucet, but it could be 5' 8.8". I've had no problems with my faucet - it works great!

    by|May 4, 2023

A:  Thank you. This model comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so if you need a replacement hose, simply contact the Customer Care Center at 1-877-527-0313 and they would be glad to assist you in getting a hose under that Warranty.

    by|May 4, 2023

A:  Yes this hose will fit the faucet. There is an online video showing how to replace the hose, just google it.

          Answer This Question

A:  No, it isn't magnetic, it uses a counter weight to hold the sprayer head in place.

A:  No it is not magnetic. Stainless Steel usually is not magnetic.

            by|May 4, 2023

A:  Yes, the sprayer is magnetic & after you pull it out & press button to either spray wide slow stream of water of more powerful stream, you let go & it goes back into handle.

A:  No. It fits snug in the tube end. There is a notch to keep it oriented properly.

A:  No. The sprayer head remains in place because of a weight attached to its hose under the sink.

A:  No, it has a weighted donut you attach under the sink to the hose that makes it retract.

              Answer This Question

A:  Yes, it will cover the 2 items you have on the right and left side of the faucet. The spray shower head on the right side of the faucet is no longer necessary because the head of the faucet extends out enabling you to stream or spray. It is very convenient and it slides back in for regular faucet use.

              by|May 4, 2023

A:  Yes, it fit in perfectly when I bought one. There was no hassel, getting parts, or none of that. It even had a marker showing where the hose counter-weight went on the hose below the sink. I am really happy with mine! It works well.

              by|May 4, 2023

A:  The faucet will fit, it only uses the middle (main) hole and has a plate that will cover the holes on each side (3 holes). You will need to purchase a blank hole cover for the fourth hole or my customers usually have me install a soap dispenser in the fourth hole that has a pump on it. As far as the hook ups , with out seeing them, I couldn't tell you. You may have to purchase some new supply lines, and if the supply lines and shutoff valves are old, we usually replace those at the same time we replace a faucet. Hope this helps!

              by|May 4, 2023

              A:  It should.

              by|May 4, 2023

A:  Yes. You are replacing a faucet identical to the one I replaced. The new faucet will fit a 3 hole sink and the cover covers all three center holes. I did not have a sprayer on my faucet old or new but the fourth hole was occupied by a reverse osmosis faucet. If you co not need this hole, you can easily purchase a stainless plug that snaps securely into the far right hole to cover it.

              by|May 4, 2023

A:  Thank you. This faucet is compatible with your sink application. If the supply lines that are attached to the faucet are not long enough to reach your shut offs, you may have to purchase an extra supply line.
