Unfortunately, there are too many variables to make a recommendation, as this would largely depend on your climate. A: If you plan to store it on a shelf and the temp does not do over 90 deg F, it should store without issue.

A: What kind of things? I used this item for protecting my furniture, wall paintings, appliances and floors when painting. Never used it to protect food items, clothing etc from bombing for roaches.
