A: Hi Dimmable,
check whether the LED specifically states that it is dimmable in the product description or technical specification. If you decide to use a non-dimmable LED on a dimmer, you'll get flickering and damage the bulb, dramatically reducing the lifespan of the LED.
check if your dimmer is LED compatible. If you are replacing incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs, you likely have a leading edge dimmer. These are designed to work with a high wattage, so they don't work for low wattage LED bulbs.
You'll need to replace this dimmer with a trailing edge dimmer, which is designed to work with low voltage LED lights

Q:Can this fan be connected to wall switches (1 switch for the dimmer on the wall) and (1 switch for fan-speed controller on the wall) see included photo... Will this fan work with these wall switches? (and will the remote and/or Alexa or app still work provided the wall switch is on?)

A: Hello, the fan has not been tested with that style of fan wall switch. If using the remote kit that has been bundled with the fan, the fan and receiver will wire to 1 line and not 2 as per your wall setup. Please call 1-877-527-0313 for assistance if needed.

Q:We want to install this without the light kit. I have read your instructions: Disassemble the switch housing (YY) from the light kit assembly (K). However, it does not say HOW to disassemble. I thought the switch housing and light kit assembly can just unscrew but no amount of muscle has been able to budge this. Please help.
