    Q:Just bought this fan but can find no reference to setting up the remote control capability. It is listed as remote control compatible, and I believe it will work with Wi-Fi, but, find no info on the setup. Research says it will work with ALexa/GoogleAssistant/ThinkSmart systems, but, how do I configure it to interface with my home system/network? i.e., where's the doc? Thanks in advance.

      A:  OP here: I have discovered that this means it has remote control capabilities but no remote control is provided with the fan. It is smart remote capable (i.e., can be controlled via Wi-Fi through Alexa/GoogleAssistant/SmartThings systems and/or your phone via the 'Bond' App), so no remote is really necessary.

              A:  if i recall the height from flush mount to fan blade clearance of fan is 9 inches, and if you add the standard rod mount extension was about 11.5 inches clearance.
