Q:Can you use dimmable bulbs?

A:  Thank you for your question. The light is controlled by pull chains to turn the light on/off. If the fan's light power wire (blue) is connected to a dimming wall switch, dimmable bulbs can be used.

    A:  Thank you for your question. No, the bulbs included with the fan are not dimmable. In general, most pull chain fans will include non-dimmable bulbs.

        A:  Thank you for your question. Each socket is rated for 40-watts maximum. Higher wattage equivalent LED bulbs can be used since the actual wattage would be much less than 40-watts.

            A:  Yes, they take normal light bulbs that just screw in. Just check that you don't exceed the ratings. For example, for this light, I think the maximum wattage is 40W per bulb.

                  A:  check your paper work that came with the the fan and call the company. they will send you the part that is missing or take it back to home depot and get another one

                    A:  The AA gasket is only used if you are installing the unit close to the ceiling. It goes between the fan motor assembly and the canopy (C).

                    A:  Thank you for your question. As shown on page 8 of the manual, the AA gasket is only needed if installing the fan without the downrod. This is also shown in the complete installation video located with the alternate images on the product page (fast forward to the 4:49 mark.)
