A:  There is a switch on the back of the skull that can go on and off at your discretion.

A:  Yes it can. It is made of plastic and holds up to all weather types.

A:  yes, they can. Would recommend removing the batteries if you do put it outside incase of bad weather. I typically try to let them dry out some day of Halloween then put batteries back in and have their eyes lit. Makes my display look cooler

A:  Yes but a hard rain will get in the battery box and short out the LED eyes. So up to you, if you care about the red eyes then bring them inside in bad weather.

A:  For single skeletons, Home Depot typically has multiple ones hanging up in the Halloween section. If you are looking for multiple skeletons of 6 or more, I would recommend buying them online as they sell them in a 6 pack as an exclusive. It also saves you a little money on buying 6. Think it comes out to 1 free basically. Ship to store for free shipping as well and then go pick it up
