A:  It is blue rather than gray. There are tiny bits of green…it’s a very mossy, brownish green and comes off as more of a deep gold shade. There is also a little brown in the textural areas and a coffee black color. The red is a deep red (not a burgundy) shade. It also has a warm terracotta shade, soft gold and ivory.

A:  There is brown, slate blue, tan, army green and burgundy.

A:  It is slate blue and has a little of the beige color in it. There is brown that has a rust color in it. No green or burgundy or gray

A:  Ours has been out for about two days and does not have any smell to it at all.

A:  Mine had very little odor that went away quickly.

A:  We are sorry you are experiencing this issue. It sounds as if some moisture was trapped inside the shipping bag. It should only take a day or two to air out. An alternative is spraying it with a fabric freshener or returning it to the store for a replacement. Your satisfaction is our number one goal

A:  Mine didn't have an odor.

A:  I have to wash everything that I bring home from the store, because I have contact allergies to formaldehyde and other chemicals frequently used in manufacturing. Not being able to wash a whole rug, I sprayed it down with Lysol (with windows open). Since that aired out (a couple of hours), I have had no sensation of scent from the rug.

A:  My rug did not have any smell. I rolled it out and it was good to go.

A:  The smell of my new rug only lasted for about a week. I just opened the windows. I had another rug prior to this one and I actually had to return it to another store because the smell was just too strong.

A:  We had it out a couple of days before laying in place. Remember, it is sitting in a warehouse rolled up. There were no musty smells. I would bring it back to the store and order a new one.

A:  I had the same issue. When the rug arrived I asked the driver if he would be able to bring it into the house as the carton was 12 feet plus in length. He really wasn't supposed to, but he took one look at a little old lady and agreed to. I tipped him generously. He said he was not supposed to take it, so I stuck the bill in his shirt pocket and said, "You didn't see that." It all depends on your delivery person.

A:  Delivery was actually a day early. Driver helped carry rug to room.
