A:  It may but it's an easy fix. The backsplash may come broken.

A:  On my installation, my drain pipe comes through the floor of the cabinet 18 inches from the left hand side of the cabinet. I turned the trap to the left to align it with the sink drain. The water lines come through the floor at 8 and 10 inches from left. I used pex style shutoffs and flexible hoses to the faucets inside the cabinet

A:  The top is separate.

A:  Top was separate. Backslash was also separate. Assembly was a little rough, but worked out.

A:  Hi Lisa, yes the top is removable. It is not sealed. You are able to remove it by simply removing the screws attached to the cabinet underneath the top.

A:  I HELPED MY DAUGHTER PUT ONE OF THESE IN. SHE HAS THE INSTRUCTIONS AND i WILL TRY AND HAVE HER BRING THEM INTO TOWN AND MAKE A PDF COPY FOR YOU

A:  Since the cabinet will be cracked, just wait for the unit to fall in on itself and then simply connect the pipes to pile of garbage that remains.

A:  Yes. You should seal the granite with a good sealer. this will prevent the stone from discoloring.

A:  I haven’t had that problem.

A:  No sealing should be required. I installed mine in July of 2021 and have not experienced an issue with sealing.
