Q:I have a picture window with a single hung window on each side. Total length: 104.5 inside mount. I plan 19.5 x 72 shades for each single hung. Should I get 65 x 72 or 65.5 x 72 for central window

A: It depends on how you decide to mount the shade. For inside mount we recommend ordering a half inch size smaller and for outside mount order a half inch size larger.

Q:I bought the blind a year ago and this week it stopped lifting up like normal. When I push the blind from the bottom center, it no longer bunches up to rise. The strings on the back are still attached so I am not sure what the problem is. How do I fix it?
