          A:  The Piper rug should not get waves or bubbles, it has a canvas backing which is heavier and lays flatter than jute backing which is on a typical rug.

            Q:I bought this area rug about 2 or 3 months ago. Vacuums once a week. The area rug has seem to matte down a little, do I stop using the scent as often or stop altogether? Also do I tone down the vacuuming? How do I get it back to it's pristine condition?

                Q:I want to know if anyone else had this problem. I had a rolling char on it and the fur seemed to have flattened and I don't know how to make it fluffy again. if someone can help that would be greatly appreciated

                A:  Hi Rose! If it’s flattened, vacuuming should fluff it up. If it’s matted together now, you need to use a wire brush - just like real fur needs. You need to be careful though or it will pull the fiber right out. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
