A:  Sorry but I can not provide any helpful information, I am also a consumer. I would have advised doiing what you already did, but that sounds like a dead end. Best of luck.

A:  I have tried to call customer service and email them with no response. Phone line disconnects automatically when you call during business hours. You go to a full inbox on the weekends. One of our light bulbs only stays white, no matter the setting.

A:  When I plugged mine in they automatically went on , I had to shut them off with the remote . I think that is normal. My instructions were in other languages, I only understand American .

A:  Not that I have seen. Only black cords.

A:  No their not, they only come with a black cord and sockets.

A:  When I attempt to change color, they all change to the same color as a unit. As for an app, I don't think one is available. I only have one set so I can't respond to interconnected sets being controlled by separate remotes.

A:  Hello, There is a section on the remote that has preselected modes, but you are no able to change the lights individual.

A:  I don’t think so. I could only get one color at a time on mine, makes sense to me.
